I've never heard of Optic Armor. How long have they been making sunglasses?
We've been in business for 15 years. For clarity, we don't manufacture the products, as we're a retail seller of high quality products.
What is your warranty policy on sunglasses?
You would keep your receipt, and contact the brand for any warranty related issues. If you need help getting connected with them, you can always contact us.
Do you have any deals of shipping?

I have a pair of Optic Armor sunglasses, but I forgot what model they are. How can I tell?
The model number or name should be inside the arm. If you can't locate the data sticker, please send us a couple of pictures and we can identify it for you.
Are your sunglasses comfortable compared other to other big name brands like Oakley?
Absolutely. We've found that our sunglasses actually are more comfortable than many major brand names. Just like DNA, each face has a different shape and can result in different experiences.
Are there any other kind of style options, other than what is on the Optic Armor website?
Our current inventory is all there on the website. However, the options available and various styles change rather frequently. Please check back weekly to view the updated inventory.
What is the difference between polarized and non-polarized?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Who pays for return postage?
The customer will have to provide paid postage for any and all returns, but we will pay the postage for any replacements.
